Out Of School Hours Care

(OOSH)

Needing some support with before and after school care for your child?
At Pacific Hills we understand the pressure of juggling busy work and family schedules. We provide an onsite out of school hours care service known as OOSH. This program offers extended care in a Christian-based environment that is safe, fun, familiar and nurturing for Kindergarten to Year 6 students.

Before & After School Care.

OOSH is an integral part of supporting your child’s development and wellbeing outside of school hours. We have designed our OOSH program to be rich, fun, educational and ‘play-based’. Your child continues to learn in a fun and relaxed environment where their social skills, imagination, creativity and inquisitive thinking is stimulated.

Our friendly staff will holistically care for your child

Nutrition for Energy

We operate a catering service to fuel your child’s energy by starting the day with a nutritious breakfast during the morning program and a healthy snack in our afternoon program.

Student Engagement

Our students love the program which is designed to stimulate and engage them through play, physical activity, creative craft, construction activities, problem solving puzzles, games, and lots of social interaction.

Operating Hours

  • During School Terms
    7:00am-8:30am and 2:46pm-6:30pm
  • Holiday Vacation Care
    8:00am-5:00pm

During School Terms: 7:00am-8:30am and 2:45pm-6:30pm
Holiday Vacation Care: 8:00am-5:00pm

(The December/January Vacation Care program runs for limited weeks during this longer holiday break)

How To Apply

Enquiries and Bookings

Pacific Hills OOSH uses Xplor Home to manage all enrolments, bookings, and contactless sign-in & out for our OOSH programs.

New Families

If you're new to Pacific Hills OOSH and would like to enrol for Before and After School Care, or Vacation Care, please complete our online enrolment form.

Before you begin, please ensure you have the following documents and information ready (where applicable):

  • Your child’s birth certificate
  • Immunisation record
  • Your child’s CRN (Customer Reference Number)
  • Any court or custody orders regarding guardianship arrangements
  • Your child’s Medicare number
  • Any relevant medical action plans
  • Additional medical information

Once submitted, your form will be added to our waitlist. When a place becomes available, we'll contact you to finalise the enrolment process and create or link your Xplor account.

If you’re already enrolled at Pacific Hills OOSH and have access to Xplor, you can log in to the Xplor Home app to book Vacation Care for 2025.
