For students currently enrolled in Pacific Hills Christian School our student accident insurance cover will re-imburse 90% of medical costs in the event of an accident during school activities, and pay a one-off compensatory amount depending on the type of injury. This one-off compensatory payment is also available for students who are injured outside school, a 24/7 policy cover.
In order for the school to process a claim, we require the completion of both the “Medical Practitioners Statement” and the “Student Accident Claim Form”.
